Pros
Absolutely nothing, unless: 1) You are a family member. 2) You want to be under family members that are in their 20s. 3) You do not wish to be promoted or learn anything. 4) You want to explore obsolete technology.
Cons
Firstly, I want to point out that all reviews here with near 0 stars are authentic, while good reviews are being generated purposely internally to save their image on glassdoor. 1) If it is your first job, do not join because you will be under incompetent family members or close affiliates that know absolutely nothing about technology. You will learn nothing from this bunch. 2) If it is your second or third job, do not join because you will never be a manager of any sort since most departments are helmed by close affiliates or family members. 3) If you have a lot of experience, why would you even consider joining? Unless you want to be under incompetent family members or affiliates, that is. 4) Turnover is at an all-time high, and morale is at an all-time low. 5) Tech stack is in a mess, products are obsolete given that most newer cars have their in-built functions now. To be fair, I gave a neutral rating for 6 months outlook, but 2-3 years from now, this company will be a dinosaur. 6) There are so many authentic glowing companies around. Unless you are desperate for a job, why would you even bother to join? This company is by far my only and biggest regret. 7) Company managed to do a secondary IPO this year in the U.S. Market but told their employer that they cannot give any bonuses due to Covid. What a joke. 8) Balance sheet looks good but employers are not given any bonuses. 9) And the best part, the company has secretly changed its secondary IPO company name to Karooooo recently, despite being around for so long. I guess they desperately want to start their glassdoor reviews and image from scratch.
