Pros

Complex and stimulating job, everyday you have different task to accomplish

Cons

Too stressful and demanding, not enough support from HQ and other central office. Operation and procedure are to strict and make it really difficult to deliver to customer the service they deserve. Empolyees effort, especially those in Back Office, is not valued or recognized. Company is only sales oriented, but even sales associate are rated only by their sales, and not the quality of service they are able to provide. Very and management, impossible for retail employees to grow up toward other department.
