We are contracted by our clients to conduct direct marketing for their products or services. In order for someone to grow within our business they do have to show the ability to teach, train and manage a large team, a crucial skill for most management positions, however they do not take any percentage of commissions from any other employee in the company. Also our working hours are 1145-845 M-F with an hour lunch period. We have the office open Saturdays with management available for OPTIONAL training.
