Pros

You become a savage sales person so its great experience. Great job to use as a stepping stone. If you can cru

Cons

You drink the cool aid hard. I quit on good terms with the boss and definitely didn't get all my commission from the units I closed. Kinda bothered me that he gave it to someone else. The hours are absurd. Probably 60+ hours a week. No work life balance.

First off, we appreciate the time you have taken to review our company. Second we apologize for any negative impressions you have developed while working with us. It does, however, seem that there has been some miscommunication that has led to this negative review. In regards to pay, we encourage that you look over your digital documents that were signed upon employment to be sure you are entitled to the commissions that you are claiming you deserve, if things match up please call or send and email with your concerns and we will be sure things are rectified if there was a mistake on payroll. We only pay commissions to the reps that earned them as long as the commissions break the commission threshold. With the hours, our work day is 1145-845 M-F with an OPTIONAL day for training open on Saturdays 10-4. With the hour lunch period factored into each day it brings the total working hours to 40-46 hours per week. Hope this clarifies any issues for you and potential candidates reading the review and we wish you the best of luck moving forward

Pros

Carthage most definitely fosters personal growth. Throughout my time with them i developed communication and leadership skills that i will certainly use in my future endeavors. The team culture is also unmatched. Many networking and travel opportunities as well as team outings and "sports nights" kept things light while we continued to grind. The performance based growth structure also keeps people motivated and holds people accountable during slow times. Management created an atmosphere that very much emulated that of a sports team which, as an athlete, made me feel right at home

Cons

Hours are slightly longer and unconventional, definitely not your standard 9-5 Things can get disorganized at times, however when i left management was focused on establishing structure and organization throughout the training process
