Pros
Carter Murray has grown hugely over the past 1.5 years since bringing on a new MD and setting up a C&I team. It's a high performing, mature and professional environment to work in where colleagues respect eachother and get along. It's an increasingly strong brand and an exciting time to work for this business. High trust, no KPI's but still obviously financial targets however they are reasonable. The MD Charlie is a true leader, he is strategic and commercially minded and has hugely exciting plans for this business.
Cons
Still a work in progress so naturally things are taking time ie website is about to be launched but means you can have a lot of clout and input. You need to be self sufficient as a recruiter and would not suit someone who needs KPI's as they are not really something implemented in the business.
