      Great people- they are smart, warm, easy to get along with; challenging assignments; very considerate of personal time; can be very good income,

      Cons

      You should be able to bring in business either from existing contacts or ones you acquire. There are no junior staff, so that's a problem if you don't want to do the detail work.

      Great people, hardworking, very successful and understanding of time for family. Really enjoyed my time there.

      Cons

      None really. If you choose to work there, you must be comfortable working in a transaction environment.
