Pros

Was a good starter position.

Cons

The name is not good in the area, though corporate is in the area. Very little support. Budget is low. Only pay commission on Medicare, which are hard to come by without anything to leverage with accounts. Medicare replacement plans are making this harder and harder. Company has financial issues and they do not supply needed items like brochures, marketing tools and such on a regular basis. The reps who have been there for a long time get preferred treatment and cherry pick the accounts, making it hard for the new reps to survive.

Pros

Everyone collaborated well, not many issues with needed supplies.

Cons

Mandatory change from salary to Pay per visit didn’t make sense financially. There was not enough time in the day for me to see more patients which would be the only way to make my pay equal to what I had been receiving in salary. There was too much documentation and redocumentation using older software and laptops also we had to call into QA to approve all SOC , recerts and DC visits. QA call times ranged from 5mins to 45 mins, depending on the personality and mood (unfortunately) of the QA person, sometimes more than 1 call was needed for approval
