      Pros

      Upper management, including John Carter, were always willing to listen to his employees. Office (non-alcohol) parties for Thanksgiving were great.

      Cons

      The employee parking lot was hard to enter (persistent electronic problems). Not really the fault of Carter Brothers, rather the facility owner(s).
