Okay experience - Support Staff Carson City Hospital Employee Review

Co-workers are very helpful and willing to help with "dirty work". I was not related to nor friends with anyone in management and in my opinion was treated very well by management.

There were situations occasionally that "seemed" unfair but there are 2 sides to every story.

Good health insurance, kind of pricey but worth the coverage.

I worked for medical services group, a part of carson hospital, they are awful. All your earned vacation time and they wont let you use it, no coverage. The management is a joke, all women who go on powertrips. They recently started letting alot of people go who have been there a long time, so they can hire new people and pay them alot less. they do not appreciate their employees. They ask their employees to help pay for the new renovations, then let the same people who donated go. They are in debt so deep, they constantly take away benefits and place new restrictions on everything.
