Pros

1. Cozy office setup 2. Good for social media posting 3. Wear whatever u want 4. Lots of party and events

Cons

1. You can climb the career ladder faster if you have lunch and breakfast with your boss everyday. If not, forget it. 2. Every month the organizational chart changes, so every month your task and roles changes. Imagine your KPI and the direction. 3. Too much favoritism. Dont be weird people who did not achieve anything is still there but people who are performing well is no longer there. 4. Low benefit package 5. Your voice doesn't matter, no matter how much the leaders talk about your voice. 6. Find other places you are looking for good mental health and non toxic environment. 7. Leaders text and email you even at night and weekend 8. The training department is in chaos. Nothing works or progress 9. Everything you tell HR, will go back to your boss. So just keep quiet and find new opportunity But anyhow, it all depends on the department it self.. not all but mostly.. this feedback is for the management to be more sensitive on what is happening at bottom and for new or potential employee to think further.

Pros

Some talented colleagues who were dedicated to their work. The company had a promising past, and there were instances of innovative ideas. after icarasia enter to carsome. now carsome totally messedup.

Cons

Layoffs and Job Insecurity: The high number of layoffs and lack of job security created an atmosphere of constant uncertainty. Many experienced colleagues left, and it felt like the company was constantly in flux. Management: The change in leadership, especially the appointment of the current CTO, has not been a positive one. The lack of a visionary leader has left employees feeling lost and without a clear sense of direction. Micromanagement from higher-ups only added to the stress and lowered morale. Vision and Strategy: The lack of a clear, forward-thinking vision and strategy for the company's future has been a significant drawback. This has impacted the overall growth and success of the organization. Culture: The work culture deteriorated post-acquisition, with a noticeable decline in employee morale. The sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm that was once present is now largely absent.
