The management, particularly HR, demonstrates a lack of integrity and quality in their work, often prioritizing appearances over substance. Significant bias and racism are evident at the top levels. Performance and adherence to principles are secondary to gaining approval from leadership. I have personally experienced and observed a distinct racial bias, where Chinese employees receive preferential treatment over their Malay and Indian counterparts. When seeking assistance, HR Business Partners have offered unconstructive advice, suggesting subservience. Given these deep-seated issues, this company is not conducive to a sustainable and equitable career path.
