The position is quite easy! As long as you can follow up and know how to use a computer, it's pretty straightforward.
No need to actually SELL anything, as people who come in are here for a reason. You get to really help with design and selection if needed which can be fun.
Cons
Everyone has to work Saturdays which can impact social life, but management is usually pretty flexible with time off.
