Great family Oriented work place

Lowwer pay but worth it

People at the main office seem drained and overworked. Some are friendly. If you are a phlebotomist you will like that you visit with other facilities and get to know patients at those locations. Bonuses are given to phlebotomists who have performance excellence. Benefits are offered but not the best.

Lack of communication from management. Training is incomplete and expected to know the systems without proper training. Your hard work goes unnoticed. No raises, Micromanagement at its best. If you make a mistake they will remind you that you are always replaceable. Not a positive work environment. No vacation or sick days you earn paid time off on a monthly basis.Company handbook is often revised to reflect only the company's benefits when an employee actually reads it and practices the current policy that is to the employees interest, upper management will quickly notify you that it will be updated and changed. And that certain policies were already outdated and not updated hence not being honored. Unfortunately, favoritism is evident at this company.
