Carolina Handling is the best place to work. The Hr staff is top notch they are the best, I have worked at a lot of different places but you will not come across a culture like this one. There are few companies where the President of the company knows every one on a first name bases. The pay is awesome, no micro management here at all. Carolina Handling should be on one of those best places to work listings..(MOVE OVER GOOGLE!!!)
Cons
Carolina Handling makes sure that they hire the best people for the Job no matter the position, so the hiring process is not as simple as some places. In my opinion that is not really a con but you have to be sure that you want the position and give it your all at interview time. And be patient.
