Pros

Some incredibly talented people work(ed) here. Career Opportunities were great - because everyone kept getting laid off...

Cons

The demise of Carnegie will be in the trust of "leaders" who don't lead and products that never seem to produce. They seem to know everything about everything but, deliver nothing. The culture shifted from negative to positive to negative within a matter of weeks simply because of the leaderships inability to focus on one task/project. Instead, they jump from idea to idea, cutting the people making progress along the way.

Pros

Innovative and creative. Truly a start-up that listens to new ideas and upper management has an open door that invites collaboration. There is zero micro-managing which is great, but because of the several projects in the works upper management can be a little distant. Your voice is heard, your work is appreciated, it was a great learning experience to the inside and out of how new projects/ideas can be launched and take off. You feel very well respected and appreciated. The morale is amazing.

Cons

Onboarding was a pain and pretty much self-taught for the project I was on, but also kind of a pro because I was able to learn quite a bit about technology that was outside of my realms of sales. The project I was on was not ready to launch for the sales price or sales projection they wanted, the platform should have been built out before they approached the market. Their competitors for the SaaS are miles ahead, but I believe in given time they can disrupt that market.
