* Really slow paced environment * Frat buddies running the co. (immature mind sets) - "has never beens" running upper management * door discrimination < this one is funny * Lack of motivation from all - FROM ALL * No career growing opportunities AT ALL * Lack of keeping up with the industry tech (AS500 groupies) >> Fraud prevention in the industry has grown to using EDR readings at its most capacity and this co. has yet to keep up with industry standards (EX: ins co already time, location stamping EDR readings and they seem to lack the mental capacity to understand new tech * Stone age mind set, no motivation to move files in time * Emphasize a quiet claims environment (like what!) you will be shhhhhd and told "its quiet time" * Constant title badgering, and constant integrity testing (you will need tough skin to take their useless and careless remarks) * go above and beyond to make personal attacks, and never production concious * team meetings consists of pointless motivational videos and substance-less topics * HR does not, DOES NOT! enforce ANYTHING beware to bring up any constructive feedback, you will be hunted and outed - old school employees and management scratch each others backs * GERMAPHOBES BEWARE - closed and close quarters environment and old school employees "never wash hands macho man mentality" bleeds here, ive caught majority of older men never washing their hands and sneezing and freely sharing their disgusting germs (pre covid) don't know if they grew up yet? EX: achooooos are loud, obnoxious and obvious no effort to control the dispersing of their germs * building reeks of body odor, and stinky carpets * they will lock you out god forbid your a minute late, than make a fool of you when your practically begging to come in to work * all employee meeting are in good faith, but seem culty and a waste of time, never constructive and seem to lack motivation and enthusiasm * This one i feel bad for, they will not compensate you for your growth at all, and constantly ask you to inherit new roles without contribution - current aged employees seem like old dairy cows begging for mercy - its sad * Round table meetings are a waste of time, and almost never come to conclusions * 20 point turn, with no traffic or obstructions to close files * Patriotism is good, no doubt, but looking down on your minorities is obvious
