Pros
Not really any, to be quite frank.
Cons
Deeply disorganised business, with strange leadership decisions and an even stranger HR department. Logical decisions on resourcing etc are completely ignored in favour of cost-cutting. After promising flexibility, they have mandated a requirement to be in the office for at least 3 days a week, despite openly praising the efficiency of the past few years. Culture can be very cult-like. CEO has made some subtle but problematic 'jokes' at larger events/company meetings which shouldn't need to be called out in 2023. Lack of anyone being particularly engaged or motivated from the majority of staff. Paying bonuses with promises for future shares if there is an IPO, but you'd need to stay at least 4-5 years for those shares to be granted. Technology is poor. Growing pains in originally being a small office and now growing sizeably. It acts like a small office still, despite having several hundred employees.
