Easily the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Upper management could not care less about your well-being. There’s no onboarding process, a complete lack of consideration for employees, poor leadership across the board, and no mentorship. Upper management speaks to junior staff with complete disrespect and executive board ignores all employee concerns. Role expectations are unclear - senior AE’s are expected to perform the same as Senior account directors. No work life balance.
