Nice work environment. Positive vibe. I appreciate that this company provides all the necessary tools to offer the best solutions to clients. I work in a great team, full of highly professionals and helpful people. 100% job security. Even during this pandemic situation, we still had 100% workload, so, it's a nice feeling when your job offers you stability. Good work/life balance, too.

Pros

Team members are nice and easy to collaborate with, which makes a huge difference when dealing with technical challenges or rolling out updates. The projects are interesting and give you plenty of chances to upgrade your skills. Communication is clear, and so are priorities and timelines. The leadership is always interested in hearing suggestions for improvement. I'm satisfied with the pay and benefits and happy to have enough flexibility to balance work and life with relative ease.
