      Decent pay and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, lack of respect and appreciation from upper management. Lots of Gray areas in polices that do not benefit the employees. You earn sick time but it is near impossible to be able to use. Health Alliance is the insurance and the coverage is not good.
