Cons
Reality Check: You will have approximately 5 minutes to find out how much money the client has, and determine IF there are any communities in their search area that they can afford. If the client does not qualify, hang up as fast as you can because each second is counted against you. If they have money, you must "Book" a tour with as many locations as you can, within the next 5 minutes. Your call must end within 10 to 15 minutes, MAX. So as far as providing "Personal Assistance" goes, you can forget any notion of "Caring" about your client. Your manager will ride you like a jockey, whipping you every step of the way, every minute of the day.
