Caring.com is a fun, enthusiastic expanding company. They have a very thorough interview process to ensure that each candidate is the best fit for the role. Leadership team works hard to help each individual employee grow and prosper in their roles. Caring has great benefits ( dental, medical, unlimited PTO for corporate staff etc.). The staff works daily to ensure they are providing the most advanced and technology forward approach to helping seniors and their caregivers.
Cons
Caring is now in a growth period where they are learning to navigate change on a daily basis. As long as they continue communicating and adjusting to change, they should work through any issues that come up.

Acquisition by Silver Assist gave Caring more runway and hopefully investment. On paper, the synergy between Silver Assist and Caring is undeniable.
Cons
Silver Assist's culture and operating model is very different than Caring's. Silver Assist may not value Caring employees or create a great environment.
