Way too many cons. But biggest of them all is management. They don't have the slightest clue about this industry and the real way to manage a forwarding staff. Way to many meetings with no real outcome. It's more talk then do. Not to mention they have the owners wrapped around their little finger. They are so open to ideas yet when given , "it's not their procedure ". News flash , your procedure needs to be reworked, If your looking for a future with a thriving company, this is not the place.
