Look down upon carers at the office including the manager,the manager is a a unprofessional and a bully.They keep changing times for calls without informing the clients,no proper shadowing.They don’t pay enough mileage,the pay you less than what you actually use.If you have a car problem or personal problem they want you to work,not supportive.They don’t balance family and work life.Worst company to work for.
