Crap Management . Nothing going right for this company - Anonymous employee Careers360 Employee Review

1. No respect for employees. Anyone can be fired anytime without any valid reasons. 2. No technology and product work from last 3 months. No clarity from the management, even they didn't know to how manage. 3. Very less appraisal this year. Because of poor top management employees are suffering. Even full variable not given. 4. Too much politics, insecure environment, too much negativity. 5. Nothing going right for careers360, most of employees are unsatisfied without any clarity. To much politics, No work and its all started 2 months back when about 50 employees including some top level employees left and form new company. 6. New seniors level hired are arrogant and doesnt know to how handle team and the run a business. They failed in past in there business and here gives all day lectures. 7. HR dept is arrogant and puppets of management. Do not provide any information about employees welfare. Even female employees harassment are not taken care by HR dept and no actions taken against the culprits. 9. 3 months notice period. 10. Most of employees planning to leave.
