Pros
- Nice coworkers - Work events kind of fun -very accessible to the metro WFH 2x a week
Cons
-Too much downtime during the workday -Micromanagement (Recruitment) - Favoritism within recruitment/ managerial departments, some employees were given the option to choose their new position amidst a company reorganization, while others were not. - Gossip, drama in and outside of the office (Recruitment) -Little to no room for advancement within the organization -Pay could be a lot better and is not reflective of age, experience, nor the markets where each office is located: NYC, DC, Chicago, and SF. Everyone is paid below the market average. - Commission is used as a tool to hire more recruiters, but the amount you will make in reality, in comparison to how much you are told you could potentially make, is far much smaller. - Most turnover I've seen within an organization ever PTO and benefits package could be way more competitive
