Pros

-Remote work -Transparent leadership team: shares financials, why behind decisions, owns up to mistakes, keeps company updated frequently on progress towards goals -Great core values that are integrated into how the company operates (shout outs, hiring, performance reviews, etc) -Unlimited PTO -EOS shop -Culture leans into personal and professional growth -- they have a Growth & Development Manager who's dedicated to working with employees on skill development and growth opportunities in and outside of work -CP sponsored external professional development opportunities for me that helped me level-up in my industry/get certifications -Cares deeply about employees and their engagement, sets a high bar for what a great culture should be and constantly solicits feedback on how to get there

Cons

-Fast-moving and iterative, you have to be flexible and push yourself to grow as fast as the company does

This company is so focused on growth and helping you advance. The team and management support here is phenomenal.

Cons

The work load can be intense sometimes but there is a lot of support for making it consumable

- great benefits - amazing team - standard working hours - a lot of great resources to start career development

Cons

- company focus constantly shifting - under staffed customer support - unrealistic expectations for workload management - lack of proper management chain - decisions made solely by one person sometimes
