We review compensation for all our employees on an annual basis (at minimum) and grant increases based on performance. We have an open door policy with all our managers and leaders, and besides our employee engagement surveys where we gather feedback quarterly, often invite employees to give feedback to their manager, to HR, and to the President directly. All full-time employees develop growth plans with their manager and are encouraged to pursue professional development to further their career.
