Pros
CareSmartz meets all of my needs from an employer. I work from home, which is great for my work/life balance (no commute!), and is a major benefit to me since just before starting in the position, I moved from a large city to a small town, and wasn't expecting to be able to continue in my field. It's a benefit to the company too, as they are able to find the best talent without being limited to one city. I am lucky to work as part of a very talented team, who are spread out over a huge area. The team culture is also excellent. This was something I was concerned about going in - with no in-person socialising, I wondered how the team would gel - however I had no reason to be worried. My team are great to work with and keen to help each other out. I would definitely recommend CareSmartz as an employer for any implementation/software professionals, especially if you happen to live away from a major city.
Cons
Whilst the benefits package for Canadian employees is generous, the salary is at the lower end. I have found that is balanced out by not having to pay the costs to commute, however.
