CareOne has awesome therapists (IT-PT-ST), maintenance is always on time if anything needs fixing, the kitchen does a great job trying to accommodate the residents wants and likes, CareOne has great managers, and I have to give credit to the hard working CNAs

I would say that education is needed and it’s always good

Great therapists, spacious and well equipped gym, supportive team, fairly steady census.

Constantly having to make excuses for behavior of overworked and burned-out nursing staff, especially to clinically complex patients whose needs exceed the abilities of staff.
