      Pros

      You work mostly with women.

      Cons

      I only worked here for 3 days. This company is very bias and competitive. You work around women primarily which is a plus if you are a female that likes working around other females but as you work there, they limit you with your training. I do not recommend! They terminated me after listening to it ther employees complaints about me and didn’t try to hear my side. The HR department isn’t even a HR department, it’s just one person! Don’t work here, it is a very bias environment.

      Pros

      Good stable job Pay is alright for not requiring a degree Management works with you on things Provides great training I like not being micromanaged Great sense of community

      Cons

      It's not bad, the office is good, could use updating, most of the people are good to work with, although some complain too much and others give lots of attitude. The ones that I really get along with make it worth while. I feel that payment could be better, and that money isn't used in the right places when needed
