Pros
-Had great co-workers. -Company’s mission and overall culture as a whole outside of the sales department is great.
Cons
-Everything about the sales department. You have training wheels placed on you the second you start with the company, you complete 2 weeks of training and after that you are basically a SDR for months until they decide you are ready but judge your metrics as if you were a full go Account Executive receiving inbound leads. Seasoned reps that have been with the company for years have expressed that the goals that incoming reps have are unreachable and unrealistic. Once they have it set that you are of no value to the company you are on the chopping block. Their version of “helping you” is giving you an impossible goal to accomplish in 30 days knowing very well you are done but this is their way of keeping face and saying “they did everything they can”. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager that wasn’t even a manager for the sales department to start with. Very disappointing experience.
