Pros
Everyone is really close here. We work together very well and have great time together. There is a lot of work to do and a small team doing it which brings about a huge team connection. The owner is very involved, just like one of us, down to earth, compassionate and always willing to work with us to make things run smoothly. Your voice is heard here if you have a suggestion, or think things could be done better. A LOT of room for advancement as the company is only 3 years old and just experience a huge growth spurt. Your personal time is respected here, within means of course. And there are many positions you can create and run with after showing your capable. I don't work on the clinical side but I do know that our aides that are on time, document correctly, and are reliable get really good cases, get paid well, and work consistently.
Cons
Because it's still a small company everyone has a lot of work to do. If you're someone who isn't consistent and reliable and professional you may have a difficult time. The work here is more for those who enjoy what they do and do it to the best of their ability. Passion goes a long way with Care Right There
