Amazing flexibility with hours and dress code. Lots of time off. Co-workers are fun people.

Paychecks bounce constantly. Pressure on employees to do unrealistic work is terrible. Some management characters are unbearable. Some counties don't even have offices. Clients are getting upset and dropping out of the program. Terrible turnover rate. Health insurance is expensive. Paychecks are hand written, not from an actual payroll company.
