Pros
The company has a respectable mission but has no clue how to run a company!! You will travel alot and you are allowed to keep the benefits (miles, loyalty points, etc.) The benefits are pretty decent as compared to other organizations. You will meet people from all walks of life which is pretty cool.
Cons
There are too many to list!!!. The management is horrible!! There are people in management that wouldn't be an effective manager at McDonalds no less a corporation. You are away from home ALOT. In fact, you really only visit home and live on the road. There is no work/life balance. Most times, you are in small towns where diversity is a bit scarce. If that matters, this is not the job for you. If your career path matters, this is not the job for you. Of course, the salary offered will be tempting but in the end, you will realize that you sold your soul and regret it immediately!!!! The CEO has a vision and nothing beyond that. He basically threw spaghetti against the wall and watched to see what stuck.
