Pros
Decent Benefits, Can be very understanding with regards to personal life/ work-life balance, Decent pay for some, fun company outings and events
Cons
Mgmt wants Cardinal to be a "big" company but has not implemented internal processes, updated systems, or changed policies to reflect the growth or enforced the ones that are currently in place at times. Discipline and rewards are not consistent throughout the company; one person will get fired for something that another person who has committed the same violation will not be fired for b/c the second person is in the good ole boys club or has a hire charge rate. Career and professional growth is non-existent, we are encouraged to come up with creative ways to grow our careers but at the end of the day the account managers dictate what happens, they run the office and what they say goes so if they dont like you... good luck. They are Extremely Reactive versus Proactive when it comes to Employee Retention, they treat you like Crap and then when they are about to lose you they throw a bunch of lies on the table to make you happy for that second. Consultants hitting the ceiling and them not doing anything about it (nor caring), its the perception that Leadership doesn't expect Cardinal to be a long term place for most and that is why there are no plans to update the management structure to match up with the growth of the organization. They hire people when new/interesting opportunities come in instead of rotating out their consultants to help them grow.
