Beware - Nurse Aide Cardinal Senior Living Employee Review

I cannot think of any pros at this time.

Overworked staff, not enough variety of meals and activities for residents, poor management.

Small facility, few residents to care for.

I worked one shift and quit after, which I NEVER do! They expected Dietary Aides to carry a tray with four plates and bowls through a code locked door, down 16 or so steps, through another coded door to the residents in the lower level. The facility had a dumbwaiter, but they wouldn't get it fixed, supposedly because they didn't have the schematics. I was told, " We would like you to stay, but we understand if you dont."
