Pros

Work-from-home flexibility Up to 15% Management Incentive Plan (MIP) Unlimited PTO, at least in policy

Cons

The biggest drawback is the lack of realistic career growth opportunities. Progress tends to move very slowly, and the technical stack feels quite outdated compared with where the market is today. Despite the broader industry push toward AI, the company’s main visible effort is a knowledge chatbot that has reportedly been in an “improvement phase” for more than two years without delivering much value. There also seems to be limited adoption of modern LLM tools or more advanced AI workflows. From a culture and operating-model standpoint, leadership appears heavily anchored in legacy ways of working. Many senior leaders have been with the company for decades and still rely on traditional Excel-driven analysis rather than pushing modern data tools and experimentation. Overall, the environment can feel low-energy, with work-life balance often taking priority over ambition, innovation, and pace. That may suit some people, but for someone looking for fast growth, sharper execution, and a more modern analytics culture, it can feel limiting.

Pros

- Good benefits - Easy training - They strive to understand how to get someone to their fullest potential

Cons

- No concrete track for promotion, to the point that it seemed impossible - They will not listen to their workers - Management on-site and higher up are very lazy - They will expect you to do the work that they schedule, even if it is impossible to complete - From the perspective of my role in quality control, it seemed impossible to make management, and also production in general, understand the time it takes for certain procedures and tests to be completed and reviewed. - Our entire site is getting shut down, and they are just now ramping up production to meet quotas and schedules. While, at the same time, keeping our severance estimations as vague as possible. - Low to no incentivization for anything
