When hired I was told there were quarterly bonuses. My ONLY gripe is that it was presented as something you received without issue. However, in my case, I have been given goals it is impossible to reach due to the companies very own policy.
For example, my goal was set by my PM last quarter- to have 100% of leases pay by credit or debit card. Why is it impossible? It can cost between $7-28 in “processing fees” per resident, to pay their rent using a card. There is ZERO fee with using a check. Which do you think you would be the method you would use as a college student with very little cash? That fee is like a years worth of ramen!
