      Pros

      Upward mobility is good until you reach Community Manager position, DEI is very active and runs deep in this company. Onsite hiring is left largely to the CM which allows amazing teams to be built.

      Cons

      inconsistencies with instruction, constantly changing operational and reporting expectations, raises are hard to come by and cost of living adjustments disguised as "merit bonuses" are far from guaranteed and do not keep up with local inflation/CoL

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
