      Pros

      The staff was fun to work with but that was about it.

      Cons

      1) Poor pay 2) They say you won't make cold calls and that pretty much everyone has expressed some kind of interest. However, you find yourself making many cold calls daily 3) They force you to call the same person 5 times before removing them from the system even if they have expressed to you that they aren't interested 4) Never really hear anything passed down from upper management 5) Weak culture

      It's difficult to hear that the basic tenants of the industry are what really stuck with you when opining about your experience here at Cardinal. While we are always designing platforms to benefit you as a human being in the world, we always seem to fall up against the needs of the clients we serve. Here's hoping that as the future of work becomes better-defined, we can amend those tenants in such a way that will provide you a place where you can feel your work is comensurate with the need.

      Pros

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Cons

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

      Cons

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
