Pros

Good benefits and on job training program.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Home office management also provides next to no support putting you at the mercy of screaming and crying tenants. They also make you install apps on your computer that track your activity. They make it very clear that you are 100% replaceable and only care about sales numbers. Working here became so stressful due to poor management that I became suicidal and had to go on anti-depressants.

Pros

I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

Cons

Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

Pros

- Room for growth and promotions - Job security - Most of your coworkers are easy to work with

Cons

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
