      Love the advice about the differences between SH and conventional and how that can muddy the waters when we're talking training. With new products types coming on the horizon it's absolutely a prescient observation. I think you are going to like what's coming down the pipe here on the conventional side, but also want to take this chance to say YOU ROCK!

      I love working here. I feel lucky that I am able to work on projects I love and work with people who encourage me.

      Sometimes change comes in waves- big rollouts all at once feel overwhelming but I understand that happens sometimes!

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
