We're not just another Epic consulting shop that throws bodies and hours at a project. We're on the cutting edge of using D&A to deliver far-ranging Epic solutions to our customers. This commitment to delivering Epic solutions is inspiring, and it's not for the employee who wants to coast. My peers are innovative and engaged in our work. Vivek is a great leader. He transparently communicates our successes and challenges. I have complete trust in him, the founders, and our leadership team. I was feeling burned out in my Epic consulting career. Cardamom gives me a chance to grow in new directions. I'm re-engaged in my work and this group of people.
