Pros
Management is very transparent with what is happening and potentially coming down the pipeline to the employees they support. This is not a top down architecture where what the boss says goes. We are welcomed and encouraged to provide suggestions and alternate solutions, and are frequently asked our opinions and engaged in dialog when it comes to organizational changes. The teams are really tight nit and the company culture is something to be very proud of. I've not had a bad day at work since starting, I've had long days but not bad days. Something all of my previous employers could not claim after three months, let alone almost a year. The collective drive of the company to always improve and innovate is truly inspiring and no matter what happens on the day to day I always feel supported and valued.
Cons
Sometimes resource planning and team planning was not done far enough in advanced and it hurt the organization at the time. However, as time went one and folks from other organizations shared the load everything worked out in the end.
