Decent salary, Flexible work schedule and great co-workers. Company is open to providing the latest in greatest rapid testing which is nice.

Mandatory DOT physicals. Everyone MUST get certified. However there was a low volume of patient's coming in for DOT physicals. Four hundred one K 4 percent match was eliminated a year after starting with the company and then reinstated to 2 percent. although manage with will say for patient's per hour schedules are usually open and an unlimited number of patients can schedule in the same timeframe. For example you can start ear day and you can have 8 people signed up for the 9 o'clock appointment. I am not sure if management fix this part of scheduling but it was a source of stress for me. Often times patients were freely angry because you are obviously can not see 9 people at the same time. Managements response was "treat them as a walk-in". So got tired of it and I left.
