They hire saying its full time role but after joining they give you contract role (beaware testing team) No learning experience curve for developers here. College students beaware they might hire you for developer role but they will probably shift you to manual testing. They will hire you for some role but will ask you to do some unworthy work. Except 3-4 people who are here for 5-7 years, all are new here. Iteration rate is very high here.
