Pros
• A great place to gain experience • The co-workers are what makes Caragh - everyone gets along, which makes it a very nice environment to work in • The work is easy and not stressful at all - a lot of things can be done at your own pace
Cons
The pay is extremely poor and progression is pretty much zero. It’s only worth your while to work there if you know one of the managers well (it really is who you know in there that gets you places)…which is unfortunate because there are so many current employees working there that are highly skilled and being wasted.
