      daily standups at evening, no experienced developer with whom you will be coding, unrealistic ideas to deviate developer from actual work, acting like the company is a big deal which doesn't even have a serious product in hand, multiple wannabe executives cannot even afford to pay interns ⁠

      None as such. A broken organization.

      Cons

      The founder always tries to extract works without paying anything. No vision. No technical capabilities. After 3years from starting the company still the founder has no idea what to build and how to deliver.
