Very high earning potential, most managers are flexible and understanding, company had high integrity compared to any other VSC company that I’m aware of
Cons
Tier based bonus structure where you don’t start making the real money until you reach a threshold, usually requires a lot of OT, work 2 Saturdays a month, health insurance only covers half of the employee and not family members
